Yoga Lab is an open class designed to support your practice.

In the class, we identify individual weaknesses and explore areas for improvement, particularly in mobility, strength, and body posture.

The class is a combination of workshop and flow, with a focus on typical challenges we encounter on the yoga mat.

The session is active and well-suited for those experiencing physical challenges and/or looking to optimize their training.

Yoga Lab is suitable for all levels. The class takes place at Zenit Yoga in Trondheim.
