Hi and welcome to Mobility for Oly page!

My name is Lubomir Kafonek, I come from Czech Republic but I am based in Norway.

Mobility for Oly (M4O) is a project dedicated to help athletes, coaches and even therapists to learn how to overcome mobility issues and thus optimise movement in Olympic-style Weightlifting.

Working closely with olympic weightlifters both as a coach and a physiotherapist I came across many issues connected to the body readiness and its direct impact on the performance and health of the athletes.

At my workshops I share in detail strategies that cover such topics both theoretically and practically from modern physiotherapy point of view, focusing on performance enhancing and training longevity.
