You love to move, you try to stay active, and you care about your health.
Most of us in our 30s, 40s, and beyond try to take care of ourselves. We run, we lift, or we do classes. But spending 8 to 10 hours a day at a desk takes a toll that standard exercise doesn't always fix.
You might notice your hips feel constantly tight, your lower back feels rigid, or you keep hitting a plateau with the same recurring aches or minor injuries. Your workouts start to feel like just another chore on the to-do list, or worse, you feel like you are fighting your own anatomy.
Body Reset is about breaking that cycle.
What is Body Reset?
As a physiotherapist, I look at the body as an integrated system.
This course strips away the rigid dogmas of traditional fitness and static stretching. Instead, we combine advanced biomechanics with strength, coordination, and the element of play. You won’t just be doing exercises—you will be rediscovering how your body was uniquely designed to function.
Over 8 weeks, we will combine clinical biomechanics with natural movement to fill in the "missing links" that standard gym routines leave out.
We will focus on four main pillars:
Joint Mechanics: Unlocking the hips, spine, and shoulders so your joints actually have the space to move.
Functional Strength: Building strength that carries over into your real, daily life.
Coordination & Balance: Reconnecting your brain and nervous system to your muscles so you move more fluidly.
Movement Exploration: Getting out of your head. We will move away from rigid rules and explore different ways of moving to make your body more resilient, adaptable, and responsive.

Meet Your Instructor
Hi, I’m Lubomir. As a licensed physiotherapist, I spent years studying human anatomy and biomechanics. But as a movement teacher working across sports clubs, movement centers and corporate offices, I realized that science works best when mixed with a bit of curiosity and play.
I created Body Reset to take everything I’ve learned from a variety of fields and package it into a clear, fun, and transformative 8-week journey. My goal isn’t just to fix your alignment—it's to give you the tools to move through life with absolute confidence and ease.
